Simple Coin Pro introduces the Balance Sheet. A Balance Sheet is a generic home for your entries. Each Balance Sheet you create has a name and a color. Plus, they can represent many things, such as:

  • Accounts for tracking your cash flow.
  • Budgets to take control of your income.
  • Categories for logical entry separation.
  • Financial Goals and the steps you’re taking to get there.

Balance Sheet Groups

Balance Sheet Groups add an additional read only level of organization to Balance Sheets. Between Balance Sheets and Balance Sheet Groups, Simple Coin Pro allows you to define a flexible generic structure for your entries.

Scratchpads

Scratchpads are isolated Balance Sheets. Balance Sheets, Balance Sheet Groups, and Timeline Balance Sheets work together to give your entries structure. Scratchpads and the entries within them keep to themselves.

Timeline Balance Sheets

Timeline Balance Sheets are predefined read only entry groups representing common segments of time and the entries you’ve created during that time segement across all your balance sheets.
